I'm unable to backup system state with Win 2003 std SP2. I'm getting this
kind of information;

Hi,

Problem solved.

In registry key HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\Setup
was registry value set to 1 for "PreInstallSetupInProgress" so that was the
root cause.

It was FactoryPreInstallInProgress , not PreInstallSetupInProgress
