Adding a 64bit Server 2008 to existing Windows 2003 domain

I have and existing Windows 2003 R2 (32Bit) server running as a DC and want
to add a Windows 2008 64BIT server a DC. Is it just the matter of running
Server 2008 ADPRP on Windows 2003 Server DC or is there some additional
setup because this is the first server running 64BIT?

    Thanks
    ZAZ

    Hello zaz,

You can try to run the adprep command from the 2008 disk against the 2003
schema master. If this does not work just download a 2008 32bit trial and
upgrde the schema from that one.

In 2003 there was a hotfix for compatibility between 32 and 64 bit:
    http://support.microsoft.com/kb/919151/en-us

    2008 trial versions:

    Best regards
