Yep, your right. Here are the steps I follow when I have a new user working from home with his own printer: 1- Send him a .reg file to apply KB302361 2- Make him log into the TS and look at the Event Log for event 1111 and take note of the driver exact name 3- Install the correct printer driver on the server in Printer and Faxes | File | Server Properties | Drivers tab The next time the user logs in his printer is available.
