See here for DHCP backup and restore with netshell command:
http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/l...px#BKMK_backup

Go to "Netsh DHCP server" to see the additional options for "backup" and
"restore"

I have Server 2008 SP2 running and I cannot import the database from a 2003 dhcp server. I have tried the commands listed here and in Technet but they don't work. I get "The request is not supported" when I type:

c:\netsh dhcp server import c:\temp\dhcpdb

This command window is run as an administrator. I have added 'all' to the end of the line and still no joy.

Nevermind. I reinstalled the DHCP server on the 2k8 box after following Microsofts recommendation of stopping the dhcp service, deleting the dhcp.mdb file and then trying to import the file. Unfortunately after deleting the file, the service would no longer start. Quality MS!! The command works fine now

This commands should do what you like:
"netshell dhcp backup" and "netshell dhcp restore"

For details see:
