Forgot password for administrator user account

I had changed administrator user password last night but i am not able to recall it now. I want to know if it is possible to reset it or retrieve the password some how?? Any help regrading this issue will be highly appreciated, thanks in advance.

If you have some other user account with administrative privileges than you can log into that account and change your original account's password. In case you don't have other user account with administrative privileges you can try logging in with built-in Administrator account. You just have to boot into Safe Mode and you will see hidden Administrator account, default password will be blank, you just have to note down the name of the hidden Administrator account.
