How to Hide Printers and Faxes Icon from Start Menu by Group Policy

Hello, I just need a bit suggestion from you all. Usually I hide all unwanted icons in the start menu from Group Policy editor. Almost done with everything am not getting the way to hide Printers and Faxes Icon. Can you guys please tell me how can I do the same?

Or if that is not possible from Group Policy than how can I hide it from registry? Many thanks.

I don’t know if that can be done from Group Policy but yu can hide form the registry. Just visit to the following location under registry editor:
    • HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\Advanced.
    • Here create a new DWORD key named Start_ShowPrinters
    • Double click the same and set it value to 0 to hide the icon and set 1 to show the icon.

    That’s it.
