Tojan Horse Generic7.rxz

Hi everyone, I'm going crazy, please help me!!!
My AVG just found a "Tojan Horse Generic7.rxz", thats the virus name and the
file name is "install1487[1].cab" what should I do?, I have no idea I'll
really appreciate if someone can help me.

When all else fails, HijackThis v2.0.2
(http://aumha.org/downloads/hijackthis.exe) is the preferred tool to use.
It will help you to both identify and remove any hijackware/spyware with

boot into safe mode and run a complete virus scan.
