This is Windows XP Home Edition with two user account. One is admin and second is Standard user account. I am trying to delete the standard user account but it wont allow me to do the same though I am the Admin of this system. Search and followed the solutions provided in various other discussion threads on this forums such as changing the account type, entered safe mode, moved file, documents, etc. but nothing worked.
Whenever I try deleting the account, my computer freezes for few minutes and says not responding followed by another error message saying something about "mshta.exe". For instance I scanned the complete system with updated antivirus that found nothing infected.
Somebody please help.
