| how do I allow down load from unknown publisher
Running Vista Home Basic. I am trying to down load java program from NOAA website which is blocked because unknown publisher. I have tried everything to get it to accept the download. I have a parallel problem. My website www.baptism.org.uk preprared using FrontPage works well enoughon XP and earlier, but Vista will not allow use of teh hoverbutton features - just giving me an "x" box. It refuses to allow comihg with "Unknown Publisher". How do I get "known"? Obvioulsy I could get round it by cponerting all the hover buttons to text, but there are about 4000 of them.
