Blocking google talk

I need to block google talk from a couple of laptops in the office.
I suppose there is way of blocking the google talk port.

How do i go about it?

you can block specific websites or specific applications using the software BrowseControl. It has three components : server, Console and client. So you can manage the clients from your server systems.
