Use Windows 2003 CA to create a web server certificate with alternative DNS names

I am having a very basic issue related to Windows Server 2003. In my setup the exchange server uses SSL. It is using it own internal signed certificate. I want to change that. All users on the network access the exchange just by typing it on the url. Also the same is applicable for outlook. Now here my issues lies with IIS. It can request new certificate, but the wizard that provides automated setup does not allows to use multiple DNS names. I am trying to use CertServ. There is no option available here by which I can export the certificate. I cannot registry IIS.

You can start by enabling the option to store certificate in local computer. I am sure you can find the option for that. You can see that on Advance Certificate Request Page. Once it is enabled or configured it is possible to store the same on the local machine. And then Web server wizard can help you to locate the same.
