As far as I know, you'd have to use something like psexec, beyondexec or
Advanced Remote Info http://masterbootrecord.de/ to get a shell on the
remote machine, then use the standard
runas /user:{uname} cmd
to upgrade to an admin shell.
Open a command prompt and type
runas /?
typically I use, runas /noprofile /user:domain\username program
eg. runas /noprofile /user:domain\username regedit
