Can't Turn Off "Smart card is required for interactive logon"

While a workstation was a domain member, we enabled "Smart card is required
for interactive logon" thru Active Directory account properties. The machine
was removed from the domain, made a member of a workgroup, and we keep
getting the smart card logon prompt, even for a local account.

I can access the registry and files with a BartPE boot disk, but can't find
anything to change to turn off the smart card logon. Thanks for any help.

Boot into Safe Mode andf logon as "administrator"

Run; Regedit.exe

HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\system

Delete the key... SCForceOption
