The security of this directory server can be significantly enhanced - windows 2008

I am trying to check some features of Windows 2008 server. I had installed this on a test system. I am going for a upgrade soon, but before that I will test and figure out what is new on the same. I checked in the logs and found a error related to some annoymous logon. The descriptions states that the server security can be increased by enabling settings to reject SASL. I need a bit more information on the same. Thanks.
