How to Lock out the main admin account

Hi Guys, I am a developer so an system admin but my company has asked me whether I would be able to do the following should it be required. They want me to Lock out the main admin account and establish a new admin account. I will have to do this using a junior admins account. Could you advise on whether this is possible and if so how would this be done. (If the question is stupid I apologize but as explained this is not something I do)

Re: How to Lock out the main admin account

Have you tried to use the Passprop.exe tool with the /adminlockout switch to configure the Administrator account on your operating system Server-based computer to be locked out after a number of logon failures occur. However, if the Administrator account is locked out and then the correct password credentials are sent for the Administrator account, the Administrator account is unlocked, and resources can be accessed.
