All you have to do is go to the Internet Options and then Content and then Certificates and then check all the command for certutil belowL:
    1. delreg - Delete a registry value
    2. ImportKMS - Import user keys and certificates into the server database for key archival
    3. ImportCert - Import a certificate file into the database
    4. GetKey - Retrieve an archived private key recovery blob
    5. RecoverKey - Recover an archived private key
    6. MergePFX - Merge PFX files
    7. ConvertEPF - Convert a PFX file into an EPF file
