cannot login due to error 0xC00000BB

I am not able to log in to Windows XP SP2 on domain. I get an error message saying "The server authenticating you reported an error (0xC00000BB)." I have tried unplugging network cable and have tried login again but no luck. Is there anything else that i can try out for log in to Windows XP SP2 on domain?? Help regrading this will be highly appreciated, thanks in advance.

Is this the complete error message:
"The server authenticating you reported an error (0xc00000BB). You can find further details in the event log. Please report this error to the systems administrator." when I try to logon?
In order to fix this issue you will have to issue a new Domain Controller certificate.
