Slow Windows XP After Last Windows Update

Hi, I do de las Windows Updates with WSUS and all my computer are now very
slow when I do a double clic on any file, it tooks 30 or 40 seconds to open
files. Also when I Copy or Paste Files, the Windows Explorer Hungs up but
the processor remains on 0%.

any idea?
