To Restore the Deleted Administrator Account

I have a windows XP Pro computer at my home. Today I created a new Admin account with all Administrator privileges and at the same time by mistake I deleted the original Administrator from the system by mistakenly. I did this from Control Panel - Users screen and not able to recover it back again. Later I thought if it could be visible in computer Management-> users but it is not there as well.

Can you guys help me with this?

Damn, how is that possible? If you are logged in with that user I don’t think you can delete the account with which you are logged in. And secondly if you are talking about deleting the built-in admin account, that is just not possible.

Or I am not able to understand your problem exactly. Can you just confirm me what happens when you press Ctrl+Alt+Del twice on the logon screen and typing Administrator as username and blank password? Let me know if it log in properly.

Just try loggin into safe mode and see if you are able to access the original Administrator account. Also in the normal mode, try hitting Ctrl+Alt+Del twice at the logon screen and try to logon as "Administrator".
