push updates to clients

Can anyone tell me what will be the best method to upgrade or install patches on too manu Windows XP client machines from a Windows SErver 2003? The clients dont have admin rights at all and I dont want to go and install software on each and every other machine as it will be to hectic and time consuming. I think many admins have talked about this issue and there could be a way to do it?

Actually when I asked the network administrator then he was not knowing how to do it. Anyways, I have read about WSUS and are you sure that it isnt a puch technology because clients pull their upgrades and can they install software with the help of wsus? I think that we need to install a client program of WSUS on each client manually first and then only it will work, isnt it?
