You should not download anything from PCButts1. He isn't a real anything,
let alone an MVP. He is a plagiarist of other people's software, hosts pr0n
on his website, and slanders good people when they try to defend
themselves. His software will also prevent you from getting to legitimate
malware-fighting websites.

Follow the instructions I previously gave you.

Antivirus software cannot capture "AV360".
I cannot find any info from Google website on how to block it. What i found
are various matters to remove AV360.

Viruses and other malware are typically named by the discoverer. All operating systems, including Windows
XP, are susceptible to them to some degree. You might wish to try MBAM - quote from their web site:-

Malwarebytes is a site dedicated to fighting malware. Malwarebytes has
developed a variety of tools that can identify and remove malicious software
from your computer. When your computer becomes infected, Malwarebytes can provide the needed assistance to remove the infection and restore the
machine back to optimum performance.Use my Remove-it software, it will remove that malware from your system.Choose yes for all options when prompted.
Hello Billybob:

Exactly what antimalware applications are you using?

How do I get ride of AV360? I tried calling My anti-virus provider but they
want me to pay $100 dollars for them to get rid of it. I don't really have
the money right now so, I was wondering if there was a free removal tool to
get rid of AV360? My current anti-virus program is Norton 360. Any help would
be greatly appriciated. Thanks in Advance.

Re: AV360

Your system is infected with a rogue antivirus program. It is called "rogue"
because it pretends to be A Good Guy but is really Evil. Do not pay them!

These may work for you and all may be well. However, in many cases the
computer will also be infected with Zlob and/or Vundo trojans and protected
by a rootkit. These machines are extremely difficult to clean.

If your machine is one of these cases, either get guided help at one of the
specialty forums below OR back up your data and do a clean install of
Windows. It is your choice. If you are unsure how to back up your data or
how to do a clean install, you can take your machine to a local computer
professional. I don't recommend using BigComputerStore/GeekSquad types of
places.
