    MCSTRM service failed to start...

    I see below message in event viewer:
    The MCSTRM service failed to start due to the following error:
    The system cannot find the file specified.
    I want to know if i can do about anything, what should do to fix it????

    I have checked regrading the error and have found that it is related to Real Networks Real Player. In case you are having it installed than you can try uninstalling and reinstalling it. You can also stop the Service by going in to start > Run > Type "regedit" and hit enter > Click on ok > Browse to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CURRENT CONTROL SET\SERVICES and delete MCSTRM key.
