where do I point a users Home folder for Roaming Profiles?

I need some help to configure folder redirection of My Documents. There are workstations which are configured with Windows XP on the one side and Windows 2003 server. Allt he workstations are connected to the server. I had check in the user properties. And then click on profile tab. I ahd set the home folders and connected a location for the same. Inside GPO the target is configured for different type group. The path and network drive is quiet proper and there is no issue with the same. I just want to ask \\Server\UserData\UserName\My Documents.

There is no need to use the home directory if there is a customized settings available. It is better if you go with some manual that has detailed settings to configure the folders by your own way. The folder redirection can work properly only when you know the right redirection settings.
