| Vista cannot Access Event Log from a remote XP
I am having a problem trying to remotely access XP event log from a Vista. The error code is 5: Access is denied(5) Firewall on all PCs are disable. All my PCs are in workgroup. I don’t have a domain server. I DO NOT have any problem when remotely open XP Event Log from another XP. Is it possible to view XP event log on from a Vista? Would anyone please show me how to resolve this problem? Thank you in advance! Milam  |
