messenger says i've signed into another computer...hacker???

Hi Jim...
When I'm on Windows Live chat it all of a sudden says in a pop up window
that I've been signed into another computer, click here to change back.
I have told police about this but they won't do nothing about it. I know I
have a hacker attacking my computer and I know who the person is an his where
abouts...but ??
....how do I get the police to listen to me?

i think you got to say that if hes got your msm account details then he
could well have your bank details, they wont ignore you then
