Install Windows 2000 from bootable USB flash drive

I want some help to create a bootable usb flash drive to install Windows 2000. I know it is possible. I had just bought a 8GB usb drive. I want to use it for installation. I tried some xcopy command but that does not helped. The process has copied many Windows files in it, but they are not at all bootable. Is there any tool or process available by which I can do this.

It is not going to work. Windows 2000 does not work with USB drives. There is no way to create a bootable usb as the features is not compatible with Windows 2000. Instead of that you can go with Windows XP. XP supports it and also you have to check your motherboard. There must be option available to boot from usb. If this two things are not available then it is useless to spend time on this process.
