Configure NTP server/clients with no internet connections

I need help is configuring internet connections on my system. I have a small network of Windows 2000 servers. I have 4 Windows XP clients on ht network. NTP time server failed to work first. I did nothing recently. The problem occurred on its own. I need some help to re-configure the same from scratch. I am looking for some proper article that can guide me to configure the NTP proper on all clients. I am sure this is not a big deal.

I am having one KB article that has important information on the same. You can find the link below. It has detailed information on configuring NTP properly on Windows 2000. You can keep the same for future reference also.
