How to enable Remote Desktop connection in Windows 2000

How to use Remote Desktop in Windows 2000. I am having two XP workstations and all of them are having a separate application to enable Remote Desktop. I want to access the 2000 system with Remote connection. But yet not able to locate the right method of doing the same. I need some help on it. If possible please also provide some software that are capable of doing this. Thanks.

Windows 2000 lacks remote connection. There is no other option available. Even I am trying the same from couple of days but not able to find any tool that can allow me to setup a remote connection in Windows 2000. A friend recommended me to use WinVNC. I am working on that and will let you if this really worked. It looks there is no popular software that can provide remote setup in Windows 2000. It would be better to get XP on the same.
