Diskpart arguments not valid error on Windows 2000

I need some help to setup some partitions. I am using DiskPart for that. I am not able to get a valid support for the same. I need some help to run proper align commands so that I can get all the partitions in proper order. When I run list partition I cannot find anything listed in my system. I tried to use create partition command, but getting a argument not valid error on my screen. What should I do to fix the issue. Thanks.

There can be some issue with the internal partition. I found a link related to some disk performance in Windows 2000. I will advice you to use some tools which is better and offer you more easier option. By the time you can find some solution on the below link and refer to it.

Disk performance may be slower than expected when you use multiple disks in Windows Server 2003, in Windows XP, and in Windows 2000
