Event ID 16 SOAP error on Windows 2000 SP4 web servers

I need help to troubleshoot Event ID 16 error on Windows server. I am not able to locate right solution for the same. I had notice the error in Event Log. There is a long list of errors and I am not able to figure out why it is appearing. There are 3 web servers. I checked properly there is no connectivity problems in any of them. SOAP 3.0 also looks to be working fine.
