To fix the same you have to go in Administrative Tool located inside Control Panel. There look for Computer Management and then click on System information. Location Software Environment > Startup > Program > Advance. There you can find a column named as location. You can locate the startup path of all programs that load when you start the system. You have to them go in the said place and remove those program shortcuts. The default location that I know are:
