No network connection and error: Faulting application error on Windows 2000

I am using a 10PC network. All are connected to a single domain controller on Windows 2000 server. There is another bigger network available where more higher number of systems are configured. At my place I am facing issue with network connection. I cannot access anything. I am getting -- Faulting application , version 0.0.0.0, faulting module unknown, version 0.0.0.0, fault address 0x00000000 error. All the systems which are on the network has antivirus installed. So I do not think that the issue lies with any of those internal security applications. All systems are upto date. Does this issue lies with nic card. I am facing this on all systems.

Go in Event Viewer. Look for the affected file. You can try fixing your system through that. It is a some kind of application error which is causing the failure. There can be some kind of security risk also. Scan your system for virus and then check back.
