How to rotate desktop by 90 degrees ?

I want some help to rotate Desktop. I have installed my graphic drivers but cannot find any utility that can do this. I am trying to place my monitor vertically in portrait way. But due to some settings I am not able to do the same. I had purchased the mounting accessories for it. I am using a intel board. I know there is some set of key combination that can do this.

You can do that through notification area in the system tray. There is a utility available which comes with driver setup. And if that is not working then you need to download fresh drivers updates also. If you can see the utility then just right click on that and choose Display Properties > Settings > Advance > Rotation. If that does not work then you can try some third party software for it. There are ample of them available on web.
