MS DTC could not correctly process a DC Promotion/Demotion event.

I am facing a common error on all my Windows Server 2003 DC. The error id is 52358. It appears when I modified the FSMO roles. The error was related to some process of DC Promotion/Demotion event. I tried to fix the same by creating a subkey. But that does not helped much. I need some help here to fix the problem.

I got this link that can help you. The problem lies with the default security settings in your system. Any recent changes or modification would result in that error. The security settings are stored in the sub key of MSDTC in Windows registry. Just look on the link below about information on the same.

Event ID 53258 is logged in Event Viewer after you install or remove Active Directory in Windows Server 2003
