    My current home page doesn't display on desktop

    Hi there,

    I'm Kristie and I have problem to display the website on the desktop. My company required company homepage have to display on the desktop by default. It worked with IE6, my company converted all IE6 to IE8 and it stoped working, Can you help me with it?

    Hi Kristie ,

    Yes you can change that. For that first run Internet Explorer and then open the website which you want to set as homepage. After that you click on the down arrow. It is located next to the toolbar of Internet Explorer 8. In that you can get the option of selecting Add or Change the home page. Select the page you want to set on the web browser. Simply use the option of changing so that it sets as the only default home page.

    Thanks Sheenas. I don't have any problems save the default page for IE8. When I open IE, it displays the default page. However, I have problem with displaying the website on the computer desktop. On desktop, after I log on my computer, before I do anything, the default website should display on my screen next to the icons. It worked when I have IE6 but it doesn't work with IE8. PLease help me with it. Kristie
