Getting constant STOP 0xC000021A Error on Window 2000

I am getting STOP 0xC000021A error on my screen. I am using Windows 2000. I am not able to find any solution for the same. I had installed some application on my system. They are backup utility. After the setup I started getting this stop errors. I need some help to fix the problem. Thanks.

So it is better if you read the below resolution properly and then only go for the changes. the error appears when two files Winlogon.exe or csrss.exe fails to work.
