Word 2010 cannot open the file

hey,
i am trying to open a docx file.
the massage that appears is:
"the file.... cannot be opened because there are problems with the contents"
when I press details that what it shows:
"the name in the end tag of the element must match the element type in the start tag.
Location: part /word/document.xml, Line:2,column:6307547 "
what should i do??? Please help!

Try to open the files by following the below method;

• Open Word
• Click the Open Folder
• Browse to where your file is located
• Change the Files of Type combination box to "Recover Text from Any
• File (*.*)
• Select your document
• Click Open

Is it opening now?
