Whenever I try to run Windows update I am getting 8007371c error. I found this in the Event Viewer. And it is just related to specific single update only. It is a important security update that I cannot ignore. After checking information about the update on Microsoft website, I found that it is related to some Vulnerability in Windows Shell could allow remote code execution. So it would be risky to disallow it.
