A simple way to block a specific URL? Without Proxy?

I know how to block an entire domain in the HOSTS file.

But I don't want to block the entire domain. I want to block only a
particular URL within that domain.

Is there an easy way to do this on Windows 2000? Internet Explorer 6?

Thanks,
Jenna

You can use Content Advisor to control access to websites. Here's are a KB
and a Technet articles describing how to implement this method:

Thanks Salvador. Unfortunately Content Advisor controls access to the
ENTIRE website. I want to control access to a specific URL only
WITHING that web site.

Any other suggestion?

Thanks,
Jenna
