    Microsoft updates Media Center in Windows Vista

    A few days after the monthly batch of security updates for its operating systems, Microsoft has just released a cumulative update for the module Windows Media Center in Windows Vista. This pack updates back on several issues specific to Windows Media Center with a registration problem with some analog TV streams. Microsoft fixes a problem occurring white screen when playing videos from the windowed mode to full-screen mode.

    The update also improves the experience with the units "Extender" especially since Microsoft corrects a problem of spillover of memory. Finally, Microsoft is back on a problem introduced with Service Pack 1, which shows in the gallery blank discs. Downloading the update takes place from Microsoft's servers via Windows Update module.

    In windows 7 there is more updates for Media center and information. With Windows 7, Microsoft offers a new copy of its Media Center software even more successful. If the functions of the TV module is almost identical to the updated TV Pack 2008 for Vista Media Center, the general interface of the software has been somewhat redesigned and new features have been implemented. However, be aware that architecture audio / video of Windows 7, and its Media Center, has completely changed, Microsoft has implemented various codecs natively works with the Windows Media Foundation framework.
