The US manufacturer of Built-to-Order (BTO) desktops, laptops, workstations, servers and storage equipment, 3K Computers has recently released its new and tiny notebook - RazorBook 400 mini-notebook PC, which the company claims as one of the most travel-worthy notebooks ever made, running on Windows-friendly Linux Operating System.

“There has been a lot of comparison from bloggers to the Asus Eee PC due to its similar 7-inch LCD form factor,” said Dan Jacobs, CEO of 3K Computers. “The 3K RazorBook 400 is a unique product that was designed as a low-cost ($299) portable Internet appliance, not to replace your home PC or Notebook computer.”

    Re: New 3K RazorBook 400 Mini-Notebook PC

Today the mini laptops are perhaps the most desirable gadgets in the market. Now companies like Acer and MSI want their slice of the pie, with its Aspire One and Wind models, respectively. As I said earlier, the Asus Eee PC was the one who caused all this craze for mini laptops. The main differences are the memory options, operating system and storage medium, which alternates between SSD (solid state disk) and a 80 GB hard drive in case of model 1000H.
