The new Start Menu expected with Windows 9 or Windows Threshold shows itself in a leak. Fake or not, it takes at least something Microsoft has already mentioned.

If you believe the site Neowin, which indicates that it spoke about it with a source close to Microsoft, this screenshot seems to be legitimate. Marked on the forum My Digital Life, it shows the new Start Menu.

In this case, it runs on a Windows 8.1 Pro build 9788 but the name does not mean much and might as well be Windows 9 in the future. The Start menu that appears contains the concepts that had been raised by Microsoft in April during the presentation of a model.

It must indeed be remembered, the new Start Menu is not a rumor. It is in the pipeline from Microsoft that however, has been never officially announced. Recently, Paul Thurrott has given new information on this subject.

This is what is found in part in the capture with conventional applications on the desktop that coexist in the Start Menu of modern applications and dynamic thumbnails.

Recall that according to Paul Thurrott, the new Start Menu will be also based on the current Home screen of Windows 8.1 in addition to resume aspects of Windows 7 Start Menu.
