NVIDIA today launched their latest powerful but budget Tablet PC named as "Nvidia Tegra Note". The priced announced during the launch is $199 which comes upto Rs. 12,500/- in India. It is a 7 inch tablet with multitouch IPS touch screen display offering 1280 x 800 pixels resolution. Most important part of the device is nVidia has powered the tablet with 1.8 GHz quad-core NVIDIA Tegra 4 processor which makes it powerful enough to run any heavy application or Games comfortably.

Running on Android operating system, it has 1GB of RAM as well along with such powerful CPU making it offer smooth and lag free performance with better multitasking. There is also a 5 Megapixel rear Camera with Auto Focus which can be used for capturing good quality videos and Pictures. Users also a 0.3 Megapixel front facing camera for making video calls and conferencing. As per connectivity, Tegra Note supports only basic options like WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth and micro HDMI. As there is no SIM slot, 3G is not supported. Not sure even if we can use 3G with external Dongle.

NVIDIA Tegra Note has 16Gb built-in storage memory which can be expanded upto 32GB using MicroSD card. They have powered the powered the Tablet with 4100 mAH battery from which we can expect battery life of upto 10 hours with Video Playback. The tablet will start shipping soon in foreign countries at the said price of $199. It should reach to Indian market in next couple of months. Lets have a look at its specifications list:
