New 21.5-inch iMac and Mac Mini are now available in India. 21.5-inch iMac starts with a price tag of Rs. 85,900 where as the Mac Mini starts with a price tag of Rs. 39,900.


The new 21.5-inch iMac is powered by third generation quad-core Intel Core i5 processors, 8GB RAM, 1TB hard disk and NVIDIA GeForce GT 640M graphics processor with 512MB of GDDR5 memory. It also includes Fusion Drive, Fusion Drive is said to be a new storage option which will give flash drive performance in capacity of a hard drive. In short, it’s a combination of 128GB flash drive with standard hard drive comprising single storage volume for better read and write performance. The new 21.5-inch iMac’s are available in 2 variants and they are as followed:

  • 21.5-inch iMac (2.7 GHz quad-core Intel Core i5 with Turbo Boost speeds up to 3.2 GHz and NVIDIA GeForce GT 640M): Rs. 85,900
  • 21.5-inch iMac (2.9 GHz quad-core Intel Core i5 with Turbo Boost speeds up to 3.6 GHz and NVIDIA GeForce GT 650M): Rs. 99,900



The new 21.5-inch Mac Mini is 2.5GHz dual-core Intel Core i5 processor, 4GB ram, 500GB hard disk and Intel HD Graphics 4000. The new 21.5-inch Mac Mini’s are available in three different configurations whose price will between Rs. 39,900 to Rs. 65,900.
