Samsung has launched 5 new products In Indian market which includes Series 9 Ultrabook, two new Series 5 Ultrabooks, two and two Windows 8 Pro tablets. All of these are available at their leading retailers.

The new Series 9 Ultrabook has 15-inch screen and is said to be the thinnest Ultrabook by now. It comes with 3rd Generation Intel Core i7 processor and 4GB RAM. It comes preloaded with Windows 8 / Windows 8 Pro. Currently it is being sold for Rs. 1,07,990.




The new Series 5 Ultrabooks are Series 5 Ultra Touch and Series 5 535 respectively.

Series 5 Ultra Touch has 13.3 inch HD SuperBright screen supporting 10-finger multi-touch. It comes up with Intel’s 3d generation processors 4 GB RAM, 500GB storage. For enhancing the mobility experience it comes loaded with one USB 3.0 port, two USB 2.0 ports full-size HDMI port and 1.3 megapixel front-facing camera for video calling. It comes loaded with Windows 8 (64 bit) operating system. Currently it is being sold for Rs. 64,990.



Series 5 535 is powered by AMD’s quad core A8-4555M processor, 6GB RAM, AMD Radeon HD 7600G+7550G dual graphics, preloaded with Windows 8 (64 bit). Like Series 5 Ultra Touch it doesn’t have Touchscreen display and is cheaper compared to the same. Currently it is being sold for Rs. 43,990.




The Windows 8 Pro tablets are Ativ Smart PC and Ativ Smart PC Pro respectively.

Ativ Smart PC has 11.6 inch screen with resolution of 1366x768 pixels and 10-finger multi-touch support. It is powered by Intel’s Clover Trail Atom processor, 2GB RAM and includes 128GB SSD.



Ativ Smart PC Pro has 11.6 inch screen with resolution of 1920x1020 pixels and 10-finger multi-touch support. It is powered by Intel i5 processor, 4GB RAM and includes 256GB SSD.



Both Ativ Smart PC and Ativ Smart PC Pro are packed with S-Pen. S-Pen is complimented by a Wacom digitzer and is ideal for all type of users. They both have microSD card slots, USB ports, mHDMI port and keyboard dock. Currently Ativ Smart PC is being sold for Rs. 53,990 where as Ativ Smart PC Pro will cost around Rs. 75,490.
