Nokia announces the publication of its final application Nokia Transport 2.1, exiting the beta phase.
Nokia Transport is now out of its beta version and is available for download in version 2.1. The mobile phone will be able to determine a route from point A to point B in advance or directly by geo-locating. In some cases, Nokia Transport will also have bus schedules, trams and metros information, travel time and an estimate of the expected arrival time. On Nokia Maps, users will find a way to start the vehicle and destinations.
At present hundreds of cities have a full schedule of lines with an algorithm to determine the best route for complete lines of transportation in over 450 cities, that are included in the database. Nokia Transport 2.1 is available on Nokia's Lumia 610, 710, 800 and 900. The MarketPlace will be updated in the coming hours with version 220.127.116.11 to replace version 18.104.22.168. Users who already have installed the beta application on their BlackBerry should be notified by a notification from the Marketplace, and for others, they can download Nokia Transport 22.214.171.124 for Windows Phone using the QR code, link here:
