The TecTiles app, on the Google Play site is also available for download, here is the link, and can be programmed at any time by writing. A lock of the tags is also possible to protect a change of the desired function from tampering. If the price drops even more, TecTiles could eventually replace the cumbersome QR codes. Even Sony has a similar app called SmartTag.
