Google recently unveiled the latest planned Maps in the coming weeks for its mapping service. The program includes three-dimensional maps and offline mode on Android devices.
As foreshadowed, the future of Google's mapping service will be in 3D: this means that instead of the default maps view on an Android smartphone or IOS, the Google Maps application will a viewed to 45°, to check out the buildings, also the landscape in three dimensions on the mobile phone. An aerial view greater than satellite, in fact. The demonstration by Google is very fluid, but one can imagine, however, that this feature will be particularly effective on the latest smartphones, and less on the earliest compatible with the application. This new feature will be available soon on Android and iOS, although no specific date was given.
