Scosche Freekey Flexible waterproof Bluetooth Keyboard Introduced

For mobile users who want to have a physical keyboard for themselves, the Scosche Freekey brand offers a Bluetooth keyboard with a flexible silicone coating.

Priced at $ 60 on Scosche's website, the Freekey can be rolled on itself for easy transport and spill-resistant, thanks to its silicone. It is compatible with all mobile devices equipped with a Bluetooth 2.0 and has a range of 10 meters and can be recharged by USB via a cable.

    Check the Press Release below:

Scosche Industries, award-winning innovator of consumer technology, is excited to announce the availability of the Scosche freeKEY – flexible, wireless keyboard for the Apple iPad 2 and other Bluetooth enabled tablets. The water resistant freeKEY is perfect for working on the go, has a range of up to 30 feet, and rolls up for easy storage in a backpack or purse.

“With tablets becoming more and more common in the workplace we wanted to create a mobile typing solution for the tablet user,” said Kas Alves, Executive Vice President of Scosche Industries. “The freeKEY gives our customers the ability to type more in-depth documents that would be otherwise difficult to create.”

The silicone freeKEY supports Bluetooth 2.0 and is compatible with Windows, Android and Mac OS X operating systems. Once paired with a device the freeKEY will automatically re-pair with that device the next time the keyboard is powered on. Scosche also includes a retractable USB to micro-USB charge cable for easy charging.

The Scosche freeKEY is available now at Scosche.com for $59.99

Re: Scosche Freekey Flexible waterproof Bluetooth Keyboard Introduced

I would like to have such a bluetooth keyword which is waterproof as well. Now I can play native os games on my nokia n900 with this keyboard without using the annoying touchscreen controls that sometime works and sometime doesnt. Also, can anyone tell me whether this keyboard can be used for computer usage without the bluetooth or do we have to buy a bluetooth dongle to connect it to the pc?
