| Sony unveils its latest flexible OLED screen
Sony uses the technology again OTFT (Organic Thin-film transistors) for its screens. This is not the first attempt from the Tokyo company as early as May 2007, it had a OLED screen for organic colors (16.8 Million Colours) from 0.3mm thick. The video were then surprised many. So at the SID (Society for Information Display) in Seattle that the Japanese manufacturer has promised to make a presentation at Thursday. It should thus give more details on this screen definitely very flexible. ![]() |

Not bad at all! By cons we will know the number of times you can bend before breaking or malfunctioning, and in what ways we can bend. Not a bad resolution for a screen this size =). However, there is still room for improvement. Indeed, if we refer to the video presented, it appears that the bending of the screen causes dead pixel lines on the two axes! |
